About this site
This site has been built by a partnership of the Swansea Leaning Disability Provider Forum and CDSM. The Swansea Learning Disability Provider Forum is made up of voluntary and statutory sector agencies that support people who have a learning disability and their family members in the City and County of your area.
We wanted to create a web application that was able to support everybody whatever their personal communication abilities to come together on-line, to share information, to meet new friends and stay in touch with existing ones, and to present their lives in ways they choose.
This web application has now been established in other Local Authorities.
