The Swansea Learning Disability Provider Forum is made up of voluntary and statutory sector agencies that support people who have a learning disability and their family members in the City and County of your area.

We wanted to create a web application that was able to support everybody whatever their personal communication abilities, to come together on-line, to share information, to meet new friends and stay in touch with existing ones and to present their lives in ways they choose.
